Unless unforseen problems occur, orders placed by 12:00 noon will ship same day.

Every effort will be made to comply with your request. However, if it is impossible to do so within the scope of our operations, the addition(s) will be treated as a separate order subject to our regular terms and conditions.

We will make every effort to comply, however, we cannot be held responsible if already shipped UPS.
Items not shipped will be marked "BO" (Back Ordered) and will be shipped when items are available.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We will, however, try to notify you in advance of any major price changes.

Minimum of $8.00 for first pound and $1.00 for each additional pound. This is for UPS ground freight. If overnight air is requested, additional fees will be charged.
An additional charge of $8.00 applies for all Drop Shipments, above freight charges & cost of goods.
All shipments are packed carefully using standard approved methods. If any damage occurs in transit, do not refuse shipment, as this causes unnecessary delays and expenses. Notify carrier for loss or damage.
If any merchandise is received in a damaged condition, please report damage to us at once and hold the original carton, packing materials, and goods for inspection.
Claims must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment. Invoice number is required.
All merchandise must have RGA before being returned. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on any goods returned. Also, please furnish us with an Invoice, Number, Date and Item Number.

Must be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the problem along with a request for Credit or Replacement. If there is no note, we will issue Credit only.

Switchco will pay the return freight on replacements. UPS ground or U.S. Postal Service. Any Air shipments will be at the Customer's expense.

Switchco will not credit freight on Warranty Returns.
