General Ordering Information and Terms of Sale

Hours: 9:00AM - 11:00 AM and 12:00PM - 5:00PM Monday thru Friday.

When Ordering:
Please specify our catalog number and quantity to avoid delays in processing your order.

Unless unforeseen problems occur, orders placed by 4:45pm will ship the following day.

Should you need to call before or after office hours, please call and leave a message, and we will return your call as soon as we can.

Additions To Existing Orders:
Every effort will be made to comply with your request. However, if it is impossible to do so within the scope of our operations, the addition(s) will be treated as a separate order subject to our regular terms and conditions.

Cancellations:
We will make every effort to comply, however, we cannot be held responsible if already shipped.

Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. We will, however, try to notify you in advance of any major price changes.

Terms:
MasterCard, Visa or Discover.

Freight Policy:
All orders will ship Priority Mail or UPS. Call for rates.

Packaging:
All shipments are packed carefully using standard approved methods. If any damage occurs in transit, do not refuse shipment, as this causes unnecessary delays and expenses. Notify carrier for loss or damage.

Damages:
If any merchandise is received in a damaged condition, please report damage to us at once and hold the original carton, packing materials, and goods for inspection.

Claims:
Claims must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment. Invoice number is required.

Returned Merchandise:
There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on any goods returned in original condition. Also, please furnish us with an Invoice, Number, Date and Item Number.

Warranty Returns:

  1. Must be freight paid.
  2. Must be accompanied by a detailed explanation of the problem along with a request for Credit or Replacement. If there is no note, we will issue Credit only.
  3. Switchco will pay the return freight on replacements. UPS ground or U.S. Postal Service. Any Air shipments will be at the Customer's expense.
  4. Switchco will not credit freight on Warranty Returns.
